Enrolled Agent

Sonya Junkins is an Enrolled Agent in MendenFreiman’s tax controversy, business law, and estate administration practice areas. Sonya’s primary work includes assisting attorneys and clients with the preparation of lien discharges, offers in compromise, installment agreements and other tax controversy related matters at the state and federal levels. She also assists with various business and probate matters, including LLC formations and estate administration, and provides legal assistance to attorney Lance G. Einstein.

Sonya joined MendenFreiman in 2019 and was admitted to practice before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent in 2021.
