Oksana V. Sepich

Paralegal

Oksana Sepich is a paralegal in MendenFreiman’s business law practice area and has over 20 years’ experience as a paralegal, property and real estate manager, and dispossessory litigation specialist. She was licensed to practice law in Ukraine.

Throughout her career, Oksana has worked with the International Charity Fund of Lawyers of Ukraine, and has significant experience assisting clients and attorneys in real estate transactions, property management, managing property portfolios and evictions. She has also worked in commercial finance matters, such as reviewing UCC financing statements and researching and reviewing trademark, copyright, and patent issues. Oksana joined MendenFreiman in 2023.
