Co-Founder & Co-Managing Partner

Larry Freiman is a co-founding and co-managing partner of MendenFreiman, and leader of the firm’s estate planning and estate administration practice groups. Since 1993, he has focused his law practice on business law, tax and estate planning, and estate administration.

His experience includes advising private business owners on the tax and business implications of complex transactions, including restructuring strategies, and advising multi-generational affluent families on matters pertaining to wealth protection, legacy planning, and philanthropy. Larry’s hands-on approach is focused on finding the best overall solutions for each client’s unique situation.

Larry enjoys a reputation for being friendly, compassionate and down-to-earth.
