Kenny Hall is a partner in MendenFreiman’s business law, real estate and secured lending, and tax planning practice areas. His practice is primarily focused on advising businesses and business owners through capital raises, acquiring and selling businesses, tax-efficient capital restructuring and reorganization and corporate formations as well as representing businesses and individuals in disputes against the Internal Revenue Service and various state Departments of Revenue.

Before joining MendenFreiman, he was a partner with Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP.
