If you do not already have a free online account with SSA, you can sign up at www.socialsecurity.gov/myaccount. With your account, you can verify your earnings and get estimates of your future benefits to help you make important financial decisions. If you are already receiving benefits, you can get a benefits verification letter, check benefits and payment information, change your address or direct deposit information, and get a replacement Medicare card or SSA-1099 for tax season.
