His leadership has ensured that all financial, operational, and administrative functions align seamlessly with MendenFreiman’s mission, vision, and core values. Dan’s extensive background, including his experience as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Chainalytics, has greatly contributed to the growth and success of our firm. We also extend warm wishes as we announce the planned retirement of James A. (Jim) Tramonte, Of Counsel, effective July 1, 2024. Jim joined MendenFreiman in 2021 with a three-year plan for his retirement, and throughout his distinguished career, he has made significant contributions to his clients and the legal community. Jim has been instrumental in developing business succession plans that preserve family legacies and has achieved substantial estate and income tax savings for his clients. His expertise has been recognized through repeated honors such as Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite and Georgia’s Super Lawyers.
Jim’s career has also seen him serve as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer in various industries, where he played pivotal roles in business growth and strategic operations. His legacy will continue through MendenFreiman’s dedicated team, who will carry on serving his clients with the same excellence and commitment.
